Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by Customer

    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed, packed, or shipped.

  2. Cancellation by Lyshar.shop

    • We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of product unavailability, payment failure, or fraudulent/suspicious transactions.

    • In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

      • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

      • The order was cancelled successfully within the allowed time.

      • The product was not delivered within the committed shipping timeline.

  2. Non-Refundable Situations

    • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect handling by the customer.

    • Customized, perishable, or clearance sale items.

    • Orders where the return request is not raised within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Refund Process

    • Once your return/refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking) within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

    • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed through NEFT/IMPS to the customer’s bank account, for which bank details will be required.

Return Policy

  1. Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

  2. Customers must inform us via email at lysharshop92@gmail.com within 7 days of product delivery to initiate a return.
