We will try our best to resolve such cases promptly. If undelivered due to an incorrect address, shipping charges will not be refunded.

If the delivery attempt fails due to unavailability or unreachable contact, most couriers will reattempt once. Please keep your phone reachable and address accessible during the delivery window.
In case of repeated failed attempts, the order will be returned to origin (RTO). Customers may have to bear the shipping and return costs in such cases.
