  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.

  • In rare cases, if there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, our customer support team will notify you promptly.


Shipping Timeframe

  • Estimated delivery time within India is usually 5–9 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • Remote areas or locations with limited courier access may take additional time.

  • International shipping (if available) timelines may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.


Shipping Charges

  • We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

  • For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is made.

  • Any international shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier partner details via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment through our website or directly on the courier partner’s website.


Address & Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order.

  • Lyshar.shop will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability of the recipient.

  • Our courier partners will attempt up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us.


Undelivered or Returned Orders

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may deduct the applicable shipping charges and re-ship upon customer’s request.

  • Refunds (if applicable) for returned packages will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We work with reliable and trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.


International Shipping

  • Currently, we are focused on serving customers within India. However, international shipping may be made available upon request.

  • All international shipments are subject to customs clearance and additional duties/taxes as per the laws of the destination country.
